In order to strategically support enhanced organic growth and business diversification, we are proud to introduce our new global identity: ALTASCIENCES COMPANY INC., based in Montreal, Quebec (Canada).

ALTASCIENCES, comprised at the present time of Algorithme Pharma (Quebec, Canada) and Simbec (Wales, UK), will continue to provide comprehensive worldwide early stage clinical drug development services from Bioequivalence to Phase I/ IIa, including the necessary support services in this critical stage of drug development.

Leveraging the extensive and varied expertise and capabilities available in Simbec and Algorithme Pharma, the strategy is to maintain the value associated with each company and ensure that they continue to capitalize on the value of being part of a common larger organization, ALTASCIENCES.

Over the next few years, the team of small to mid‐size companies focused on early stage drug development will continue to grow.  While each of these units will maintain its identity, with each having brand recognition, they will be linked together by a common focus on excellence in customer service, operating under the ALTASCIENCES umbrella name.
