Increasingly Complex World of Early Drug Development
Early-drug-development.pdf (145.44 KB)
Simbec tailors its Phase I & IIa services to meet the needs of our customers, having the flexibility to respond to the ever-changing requirements.
In the past few years we have responded to the “kill it early” philosophy expressed by many of our customers. We assess the PK and Immunogenicity profile of our biologics and biosimilars
Novel biologics license applications (BLA) have accounted for almost 25% of all FDA approved drugs in recent years. Robust and customizable bioanalytical methods are the backbone of getting valid pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity data throughout preclinical and clinical development phases of biologics and follow-on biologic products.
At Algorithme Pharma, our skilled scientists can develop methods from commercially available kits or customized de novo ELISA in different formats (e.g. competitive direct, indirect and sandwich) for determining therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies, peptides or biomarkers in various biological matrices. For oligonucleotides, ELISA methods coupled with hybridization techniques are applied for quantitation.
