Newly appointed Participant Advocate
Our participants play in an integral part in the successful execution of our clinical studies and in order to ensure that we are meeting your needs to our fullest ability, we are pleased to announce a new member to our team: the Participant Advocate. His presence on-site and his listening strategy will allow us to rapidly focus on your comments in order to make your experience with us the most satisfying one.  We are listening – your voice matters.

Elimination of the Competitive Call Process
With the introduction of our 2‐step screening process we have been able to eliminate the Competitive Call Process. Your eligibility is now confirmed during your second screening visit.
