Altasciences Announces Chris Perkin Appointed to Board of Directors; Marie-Hélène Raigneau Appointed Chief Executive Officer
Altasciences’ Chief Executive Officer, Chris Perkin, has been appointed as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Marie-Hélène Raigneau, who has held the role of President since 2025, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Both roles will be effective on February 24, 2026.
