"Cannabis Research in Canada — Progressing the Science and Facilitating Clinical Studies"
A one-day, invitation-only symposium to identify and discuss some of the regulatory and methodological challenges when conducting clinical trials with cannabis in Canada. The session will focus on the requirements for submitting a CTA in Canada, particularly as they apply to cannabis, including the Health Canada regulatory perspective, and discuss the unique methodological considerations when evaluating cannabis in the context of a clinical study.
This symposium will be useful for the recreational and medicinal cannabis industry, including pharmaceutical companies that are developing cannabinoids for targeted indications, as well as clinical and regulatory groups.
