Pre-Printed Tubes and Labels

• The sponsor preapproves label designs, which commonly include protocol identification, subject number, time point and study day.
• We provide storage tubes and labels in duplicate to allow clinical sites to retain an aliquot of each sample.
• We affix labels on tubes which can be customized to allow entry of information such as subject number, actual time, and date of sample collection.
• We barcode each tube with a unique code and scanned in our LIMS system for accurate and chain-of-custody tracking and inventory. The system accommodates both internally and externally generated barcodes.

Comprehensive Documentation

• A laboratory manual is customized to your study protocol, and details specimen identification, sample processing, and matrix collection methods.
• Supporting documents facilitate proper sample handling, e.g., instructions for shipment preparation and shipping, temperature log, requisition, and inventory forms.
